Great question! The first step is to contact us by phone or email. Our phone is a mobile line, so texting is also welcome. We recommend sending a few photos of your project, which allows us to provide a preliminary estimate within 24 hours. This soft quote gives you a general idea of cost; final pricing may vary if additional repairs or part replacements are required.

If you decide to move forward, we will schedule an appointment to review material samples and discuss your project in detail. Once everything is finalized, a 50% deposit is required to purchase materials and secure your place in our schedule. Then…the magic happens!

Our primary focus is private aircraft interiors. Many of our clients also own boats, cars, and other recreational vehicles, which we consider on a case-by-case basis—especially during slower summer months. It never hurts to reach out and ask.

That’s a fair question. We’ve heard from many customers who have experienced upholsterers not standing behind their work. Because of this, we offer a one-year craftsmanship warranty. Any flaw or issue related to our workmanship will be fully covered during the first year.
